500 grams of Paneer
2 pieces of capsicum (shimla mirch)
100 gms curd
1 tablespoon each of garam masala, coriander powder, mint
2 tablespoon salt
4-5 flakes of garlic
Cut the paneer into small cubes and cut capsicum into small pieces evenly. Then mix and grind curd with salt, garam masala, coriander powder, mint and garlic (after cutting garlice into very small pieces).
Marinate the paneer into the mixture for around 90 minutes. Now grill them till they are soft. So there you are Capsicum Paneer Starter ready to be served with lemon slices and green pudina chatnee.
