Kadai Mushroom Recipe

Wanna have a yummy mushroom recipe with capsicum. Its quite simple cooking at home as it takes around 30 minutes to cook something amazing which is simply fingure licking.

So here are the steps and the ingredients required to cook something amazing.

Main Requirements:
Pack of mushrooms (around 200-250 grams)
1-2 pieces of capsicum (shimla mirch) and onion (pyaj)
4 medium sized tomatos (tamatar)
Approx 5 buds of garlic (lahsun)
1 small piece of ginger (adrak)
2-3 green chilly (hari mirch) (add as per need)

Other Requirements
– Salt
– Cooking Oil or Butter (ghee)
– Red chilly powder (lal mirch)
– Spice – Garam masala
– Turmeric powder (haldi)
– Coriander powder (dhania)

Now it comes to the Process of How to cook… Delicious ‘Kadai Mushroom’
– Cut mushrooms and capsicum into small pieces and wash them in hot water(if possible). Cut and chop onions and also cut tomatoes into small pieces. Heat the desired quantity of oil(2-3 table spoons) in a pan. Start frying the onions after 3-4 minutes and fry them till they turn slightly pink in color. Side by side grind the garlic, ginger and green chilies in the mixer and add the paste into the frying pan and fry it for a minute. Then add the tomatoes and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

After that add salt, red chilly, coriander and turmeric powder as per your taste. Now finally add the mushrooms and simmer everything up after adding 50ml of water. Cook then until mushrooms don’t soften up.

Add the capsicum once mushrooms are soft and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. After approx 3 minutes switch off the Gas. And sprinkle some spice (Garam masala)blend on to it. And there you are … Kadai Mushrooms served hot.
