1. Sleep at least 7 hours a day
Sleep well and for at least 7 hours a day as sound sleep is a must to avoid dark circles. You must sleep maximum by 12am to avoid late night side effects to your skin and eyes. All you need to do is to make a daily fitness routine where you keep a good and healthy sleeping time.
2. Use Cold Tea bags
Using Cold tea bags on your eyes is a simple and unique method to get rid of the dark circles. You simply need to soak a tea bag in water if possible cold for some time. Keep then in the freezer or some time and then place them on to your eyes to get the best effect out of them.
3. Use Tomatoes
Tomatoes are also known as an excellent healer for your eyes as they help in reducing dark circles and stabilizing the overall blood flow. You need to apply 1-2 teaspoons of Lemon juice and Tomato juice mixture on your eyes.
4. Cold Butter Milk
Butter milk is good for the dark circles and cleaning up your face in general. If you don’t have an oily skin then you can use the same to reduce the levels of Dark circles around your eyes. You can apply butter milk using small cotton balls and can wash the dark circle area after 15-20 minutes with water.
5. Exercise and Meditation
Stress, depression and hectic work schedules are major factors of Dark Circles. Daily exercising, yoga and meditation will help you decrease the dark circles as well as will help you in creating a balance between your body, mind and soul. Its one of the best ways in stabilizing your skin.
